Hours & Scheduling

 

Our business hours vary each week based on our clients' needs. You can generally expect (but we do not guarantee) that someone will be available to answer questions from:

TUES - THURS  10 am - 6 pm

FRIDAY 10 am - 4 pm

SATURDAY 10 am - 2 pm

We take very few walk-ins due to our schedules running very tight. We will make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule; however we do appreciate if you call to schedule an appointment.  :-)

 
 
 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.


LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist/esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service or treatment. Regardless of the length actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist/esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
